Justin Timberlake appeared with bloodshot eyes in the mugshot taken moments after he was arrested in Sag Harbor for drunk driving.
The image, obtained by DailyMail.com on Tuesday, shows the singer staring stony-faced into the camera moments after he was pulled over.
Timberlake had been drinking with friends at the American Hotel bar in Sag Harbor when he decided to get behind the wheel of a BMW and attempt to drive off.
He was pulled over then refused a breath test, telling the cops: 'No, I'm not doing a chemical test. I refuse! I refuse!'
He also claimed to the arresting officers that he'd had 'just one martini'.
The singer was unsteady on his feet and failed his field sobriety test. Cops had watched him failing to keep right on the road before pulling him over.

Police described Timberlake as having 'bloodshot and glassy' eyes, smelling strongly of alcohol, having slowed speech and unable to maintain his attention.
On Tuesday morning, he was seen being led across the bridge from Sag Harbor police headquarters to the villages Justice Court on Tuesday by police officers in exclusive pictures obtained by DailyMail.com.
Timberlake appeared shell-shocked as he looked straight ahead as he was led out by officers.
He pleaded not guilty at a brief arraignment where he was banned from driving for a year in New York, he was released without bail, emerging from court wearing a baseball cap.
He was arraigned on one count of DWI, as well as running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane. He is next in court on July 26 after being released without bail.

Timberlake had been drinking with friends at The American Hotel barin the Hamptons town on Monday night.
One witness told The New York Post that Timberlake had been 'wasted' before his DWI bust and was even seen drinking someone else's drink from another table.
The unknown person told the outlet: 'He was wasted. At one point, just before closing, somebody got up to go to the bathroom and left his drink on the table.
'When [the man] came back, [Timberlake] was drinking his drink.The guy goes, “Justin, that’s my drink!".'
The outlet also reported that Timberlake told arresting officers that he had 'just one martini' before 'following his friends home'.

Timberlake is currently on the road across America with thewith the first leg of his American tour concluding July 9 at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky.
He has a break for a few weeks before getting back on the road in late July with the European leg kicking off in Krakow, Poland on July 29.
Shows in Germany, Belgium, England, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and France takes the tour to its second leg before another break in September.
The tour is in support of his sixth solo album Everything I Thought It Was, which was released in March.
It was his first solo album in six years, following his 2018 album Man of the Woods.
