Job Title: Data Integrity Associate\u00A0

Objective

The Data Integrity Associate is responsible for maintaining the data quality in Rock RMS. The role will oversee routine data maintenance in the database and assist with identifying and resolving data issues.\u00A0

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data quality and integrity in Rock RMS
  • Process pending records for new congregants, existing congregants or non-congregants who need to be added for special events
  • Identify and merge duplicate records
  • Process returned mail, update address information and contact individuals as needed
  • Utilize reports in Rock RMS and Microsoft Power BI to identify data quality issues
  • Support the training of staff and serve staff in Rock RMS
  • Monitor and perform regular maintenance, data integrity testing and data output quality assurance to ensure information is current and accurate
  • Attend meetings as pertinent to the Data Integrity Associate role
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 9am-5 pm. Hours can vary depending on church needs.\u00A0

The church has several big events, (\u201CAll-Skates\u201D) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.\u00A0

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.\u00A0

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing, installation and computer work are expected. This would require the ability to lift, bend or stand as necessary.\u00A0

Ministerial Exception

The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).\u00A0
